·         Reboot your Computer

How to Fix Error ”YouTube Videos Not Showing Up”

There are different sites where we can watch our favorite videos online. You tube is one of the famous and highly used in them. You can search and select the videos of your choice from the list. However, few days back noticed that my YouTube is not working properly. In addition, situation went worse when it did not show up the video. There was only white screen on the video box. I did not give up and practiced the following steps to fix the problem.

Possible Reasons:

First, restart your web browser. If it does not help you, then move to the below steps:


Burden of Temporary data:

Delete temporary files. If your directories of the temporary files/cache memory are filled, it will badly affect several programs on your system. Therefore, delete them from web browser. In addition, in your system navigate to the temporary files folder. Select all and delete them.

Problem in Java:

Install the updated version of your java program. If the java script is disturbed, it will create problems in video acceleration.

Firewall Settings:

At times, your firewall settings do not allow certain program for online steaming. Therefore, check and analyze the settings systematically.

Problem with Flash Player:

Flash player is installed by default in some browsers. However, you need to install it manually for efficient use. Problem arises when flash player is crashed or out-dated. Therefore, uninstall it and reinstall the updated version.


Active X Control:

If you are working on internet explorer, it will use active x controller to load flash player for online videos and to run the programs within n the browser. In addition, a yellow bar appears on the top of browser to inform you that you need to install active X program. You can block it from the internet options and allow from the same place.


Popup Adds

The shelling of the pop up add and new windows disturb the browser at times. Therefore, block the pop up adds from the browser options.
